How it WorksYou tell us what your requirements are and we design a care package around those needs. It is that simple.
After discussion with you, we conduct an assessment and put together a Care Plan. This is regularly reviewed by our Registered Manager to ensure that you are satisfied with our levels of service.
A contract will then be drawn up, outlining our commitments to you, and your commitments to us.
We also conduct regular ongoing monitoring and spot checks. Copies of our findings will be presented to you. We also encourage feedback regarding your experiences and perceptions of the service. Your opinions really do matter.
Ways to Pay
We can accept payments by cheque, Credit transfer, Debit/Credit card or cash.
What If Will I always get the same carer? We will try where possible to ensure that you do, however, we can't guarantee it every time as there are always holidays, sickness and the unforeseen to take into account. You will always know who is coming as you will receive a printed list of times and carers for the week ahead, so you are kept fully informed.
